Bags & Wallets:
- Eligible for replacement within 24-hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible.
Perfumes
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes are not eligible for return or replacement, except if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The wrong product is delivered.
- The product is leaking or defective upon arrival.
Claims for damaged perfumes must be reported within 24-hours of delivery and must include:

- Clear photographs
- A full-length, unedited unboxing video
