If your delivery location is not serviced by air courier, your order will be shipped through the fastest available surface courier network.

Surface Shipping (where air service is unavailable): Typically delivered within 4-8 business days.

While we strive to deliver every order within these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier network disruptions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our support team will keep you informed.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
